Terms and Conditions — Pak Rumi Platform Rules

By accessing pakrumi.pro, downloading the Pak Rumi App, registering an account or placing any wager on the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to every interaction you have with the platform — browsing, registration, deposits, withdrawals, game play, bonus claims and customer support.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the Pak Rumi Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. Where any conflict exists between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless stated otherwise.

Pak Rumi reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with a change, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

You must meet all of the following eligibility requirements to use Pak Rumi:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Pak Rumi is strictly an adults-only platform. No person under the age of 18 may register, deposit or participate in any game on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method you use to deposit funds. Third-party deposits — where you deposit using someone else's JazzCash account, Easypaisa wallet, bank account or card — are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on Pak Rumi. Each individual may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Pak Rumi reserves the right to request age verification and identity documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification when requested may result in account suspension and withdrawal of funds being placed on hold until verification is completed.

To use Pak Rumi, you must register a single account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these terms and will result in account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Pak Rumi will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact our support team immediately.

Each registered mobile number and email address may be linked to only one account. Attempts to register multiple accounts using the same details, or using different details for the purpose of circumventing a previous suspension, will result in all associated accounts being closed permanently.

Pak Rumi reserves the right to verify your identity at registration or at any point thereafter. Verification may involve requesting a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or confirmation of your payment method. Until verification is completed satisfactorily, withdrawals may be restricted.

All deposits and financial transactions on Pak Rumi are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section of the platform at any given time.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Pak Rumi does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed during the deposit process. These limits may vary by payment method and by account verification status. Pak Rumi does not charge fees for standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside Pak Rumi's control.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once payment confirmation is received from the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically confirmed within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on processing times at your bank. If a deposit does not appear in your account balance within the expected timeframe, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals can be requested through the Withdrawal section of the platform or the app. All withdrawals are processed in PKR and paid to a payment account registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification. Accounts that have not completed verification may have withdrawals placed on hold until the necessary documents are provided and reviewed. This is a standard procedure to protect account holders and maintain platform integrity.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown during the withdrawal request process. Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically processed within a few hours for verified accounts.
• Raast / Bank Transfer: Generally processed within one to two business days.
• Cards: Processing times depend on your issuing bank and may take two to five business days to reflect in your account.

Pak Rumi reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual in size or pattern. In such cases, processing may take longer and additional verification may be requested. This is done to protect account holders from unauthorised withdrawal attempts.

Funds deposited but not wagered, or deposited and immediately withdrawn without any game activity, may be subject to review. Pak Rumi is not a money transfer service and the platform should not be used as such.

Pak Rumi offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and cricket-season promotions tied to PSL, T20 internationals and other major cricket events. The specific terms of each promotion — including the bonus amount, minimum deposit, wagering requirement and eligible games — are stated on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The wagering requirement is always clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are applied to eligible games automatically. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — the contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple overlapping bonuses is not permitted.
• Bonuses that are obtained through fraudulent means — including use of multiple accounts, use of third-party payment methods, or abuse of promotional terms — will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
• Pak Rumi reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn while you have an active bonus, the wagering requirement applicable at the time the bonus was claimed will continue to apply.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds (subject to meeting wagering requirements) are withdrawable as real funds.

You agree to use Pak Rumi only for lawful purposes and in a manner that is fair to other players and to the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to play games, claim bonuses or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino table games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, tamper with or interfere with the platform's software, games or systems.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with Pak Rumi support. Initiating a chargeback without following the disputes process is a breach of these terms.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during verification.
• Allowing any person under the age of 18 to access your account or use the platform through your account.

Pak Rumi uses risk management and fraud detection tools. Accounts displaying patterns of prohibited conduct will be suspended, investigated and may be permanently closed. Funds in accounts closed due to prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation and, where fraud or financial crime is involved, may be reported to relevant authorities.

All games available on Pak Rumi — including casino slots, live dealer games and fish games — are supplied by established game developers and operate using certified random number generators (RNGs). Game outcomes are determined by these RNGs and are not manipulated by Pak Rumi or the game providers.

Each game has its own set of rules, paytable and return-to-player (RTP) percentage. Game-specific rules are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before playing. Pak Rumi accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved based on the game's outcome at the point of disconnection, subject to the technical records held by the game server. If a technical error results in an incorrect game outcome or an incorrect credit to your account, Pak Rumi reserves the right to correct the error and adjust your balance accordingly, regardless of whether funds have already been withdrawn.

In live casino games, decisions made by the live dealer and confirmed by the game system are final. Disputes about live game outcomes must be raised with support within 24 hours of the relevant game round, with the round ID provided.

Pak Rumi reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or financial crime.
• Suspected use of the account by a person under 18.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or game activity for an extended period may be flagged as dormant. We will attempt to notify you before taking action on a dormant account.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or cooling-off period request under the Responsible Gaming policy.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email or in-app message where possible. Suspended accounts may have withdrawals placed on hold pending investigation. Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, outstanding balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. If you close your account with a positive real-money balance, your balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification procedures are completed.

Pak Rumi provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, free of technical errors or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pak Rumi's liability to you is limited to the real-money balance held in your account at the time of any dispute. Pak Rumi is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of opportunity or loss of data, arising from your use of the platform.

Pak Rumi is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on your side, device compatibility problems, or interruptions caused by your mobile network or internet service provider. If a game round is interrupted due to a connection issue on your end, game outcomes will be determined by the server-side record.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by Pak Rumi's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Pak Rumi reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active account holders via email or in-app notification.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after an update has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through our support team.
